Quebec Remparts Unveil Stylish New Black Third Jersey

The Quebec Remparts have unveiled a striking new black third jersey, a year after introducing red and white jerseys inspired by the 1970s. The Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League team made the announcement on their website and social media platforms on Friday, September 13. This new jersey offers a modern aesthetic compared to the team’s other jersey options, prominently featuring black, which is absent in their other designs except for the logo on the chest.

The front of the new black third jersey showcases the familiar black castle tower/lowercase R logo with white and red outlines, while the team’s full roundel logo adorns both shoulders. The sleeves boast a bold red stripe encircling them, complemented by a narrower white stripe above it. Similar stripes can be seen around the waist, with the red stripe extending all the way down to the hem.

Names and numbers on the back and sleeves are accented in white with red outlines, adding a vibrant touch to the overall design. The collar stands out in red with a black insert at the front. Additionally, an LMJHQ patch is positioned on the right chest, while the manufacturer’s logo, CCM, is displayed on the left chest.

In a video shared on social media by the Remparts, the new jersey is showcased alongside a black helmet, gloves, pants, and socks, all featuring the same distinctive striping pattern as the jersey itself. Fans can expect to see the team donning the black third jersey for their first two home games of the 2024-25 QMJHL season on Friday, September 20, against the Chicoutimi Sagueneens, and on Saturday, September 21, against the Victoriaville Tigres. Furthermore, the Remparts will sport this new jersey every Friday throughout the regular season.

The introduction of this sleek black third jersey adds a fresh and contemporary element to the Quebec Remparts’ uniform lineup, giving fans and players alike a new and exciting look to rally behind for the upcoming season.
